Cooperative Telephone Company was founded in 1956 to serve the communities of Guernsey, Hartwick, Ladora, Victor, and Williamsburg, Iowa. We are a non-profit cooperative company owned by our member-owners and are proud to offer our customers Internet and local telephone service over our Fiber optic network.
